Cherry Hill resident serves on panel for Women in Law program

Nationally-renowned business development and marketing expert Kimberly Alford Rice participated as a panelist at the Federal Bar Association — Maryland Chapter’s Women in the Law Program. The program was held at the Lord Baltimore Hotel with over 200 women lawyers attending.

Rice, along with three other panelists, presented on personal branding and tainmaking techniques. Rice’s presentation “Six Powerful Words to Succeed By” including how important it is for women lawyers to invest in themselves by learning new skill sets useful in developing a book of business of their own. Her six powerful words were learn, grow, share, connect, sow and reap.

Rice is an accomplished leader in legal services strategy with a two-decade track record in helping law firms and lawyers build their brand and generate new business as well as retain current clients. With nearly 25 years of experience, she trains law firms on how to generate greater revenue with her proven methodologies of professional training and coaching.

Rice is founder of the Women in Law Rainmaker Forum, an educational-based learning experience for women lawyers who are committed to build a prosperous book of business.
