Lenape High School invites incoming members of the class of 2018 to participate in a summer transition camp being hosted in the school’s north cafeteria from 9 a.m. to 12 noon August 11 through 13.
Organized and run by experienced faculty and involved student-leaders at the school, the program will include activities designed to assist the participating freshmen learn more about themselves, their classmates, and their new school. The camp will focus on developing the academic, social, and interpersonal skills of the participants using fun and entertaining methods and on preparing the new students for the transition into high school.
The cost of the program is $25 and students will be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration information can be obtained from the Lenape High School web site.
