African-American and Women’s History Exhibit at Center for the Arts
In recognition of African-American History month and Women’s History month, the Center for the Arts in Southern New Jersey has combined its African-American and Women’s history exhibits into one. From Feb. 10 — March 17 the center is honored to feature works of art depicting the struggle of African-Americans in this county and its far reaching extent into Burlington County; and artwork relating to women and mothers who have made this world a better place for having lived.
The center is located at 123 S. Elmwood Road, Marlton, and the exhibit is free and open to the public.
A free exhibit reception open to the public will take place on Thursday, Feb. 27 from 7–9 p.m.
Normal gallery hours are Monday — Friday, 10 a.m. — 3 p.m. and Wednesday, 7–9 p.m.
