Sandra E. Muckenfuss (nee Eckenhoff) went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, Dec. 29. She was 69 years of age.
Born and raised in Medford, she is the daughter of the late Alvin and Verna Eckenhoff.
A graduate of Lenape High School, she is the founder of Mill Creek Organic Farm in Medford, and she and her husband owned Son Shine Christian Bookstore in Moorestown for 25 years.
She is a member of the Fellowship Alliance Chapel where she was involved in a number of ministries including Alpha USA.
A farm girl at heart, she enjoyed horses and was a member of the NJ Farm Bureau.
She is the beloved wife of Lou Muckenfuss for 50 years and the loving mother of Kenneth L. Muckenfuss and his wife Nancy Lynn of Todd, Pa., Richard L. Muckenfuss and his wife Kimberly of Washington Township, and Chad L. Muckenfuss and his wife Sandra Kate of Medford. She is also survived by her brother A. Theodore Eckenhoff and his wife Linda of Southampton, and her grandchildren Jesse, Joshua, Andrew, Dylan, Tyler, Chase, Austin, Victoria, Emma and Alex.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Bradley and Stow Funeral Home in Medford.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family requests memorial donations to Fellowship Alliance Chapel or Alpha USA/NJ South.
