The snow is on the ground and the setting is ripe for holiday joy. For most people, the holidays are a happy, festive time of year. This is not the case for all, some are facing the holidays after the loss of a loved one. The season can be lonely, depressing and often difficult to handle. Holidays or not, it is important for people to find a way to cope.
Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice is offering a one hour support session, Coping with the Holidays, on Tuesday, Dec. 10 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Samaritan Center for Grief Support located at 5 Eves Dr.
