Moorestown Progressive Dinner set for Oct. 18

On Oct. 18, several of the area’s most talented chefs, including Brad Spence of Amis Trattoria and Adam DeLosso of Garces Catering, will participate in the 9th annual Twin Oaks Community Services Moorestown Progressive Dinner.

The evening begins with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at the beautiful home of Jon and Loretta Runyan. From there, guests proceed to one of 14 fabulous homes for a gourmet dinner prepared by a talented local chef. Finally, all guests will end the evening with a dessert reception hosted by Jim and Maureen Brennan.

Participating chefs include: Chef Tanya Barbarics, I Love This Food! Personal Chef Service; Executive Chef Markese Beverly, The ChopHouse; Chef Adam DeLosso, Garces Catering; Chef Michael Ferguson, Caffe Aldo Lamberti; Chef Todd Fuller, Farm & Fisherman Tavern & Market; Chef Michael Georgetti, Georgetti’s Pasta & Sauce Market; Executive Chef Jonathan Jernigan, Cathedral Kitchen; Chef Sofia Karakasidou, Kuzina by Sofia; Executive Chef Kevin Kramer, Capital Grille; Executive Chef Nunzio Patruno, Nunzio’s Ristorante Rustico; Chef Peter Severino, Severino Pasta Company; Executive Chef Brandon Smith, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar; Executive Chef Brad Spence, Amis Trattoria; Executive Chef Ray Spinelli, Sensational Host Caterers, Inc.

Both James Beard Award winner Mark Vetri, owner of Amis Trattoria, and ‘Iron Chef’ Jose Garces, owner of Garces Catering, recently signed contracts with PREIT to open restaurants at the Moorestown Mall. The new restaurants will raise the bar for culinary experiences in the area and the Moorestown Progressive Dinner is the perfect setting to demonstrate their culinary expertise.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Twin Oaks Food Pantries and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
