On Friday, Feb. 15, police were called to Eaves Mill Road for a report of a robbery with a handgun.
Police located two subjects, a 16-year-old female and a 20-year-old male who initially told police they were victims robbed at gunpoint by three people.
Within four hours, police were able to identify all three people who had fled the scene and located them at a home in Columbus.
The subjects were identified as a 17 year-old from Columbus, a male of Garden Street in Mount Holly and a second male of Augusta Drive in Columbus.
Detectives were able to recover an imitation firearm, which had been used during the robbery.
The three suspects were subsequently arrested on numerous charges.
The juvenile was released to a guardian and awaits a family court hearing while both males were lodged in Burlington County Jail in lieu of a $35,000 cash bail set by the Honorable Peter Lange, JMC.
Police continued the investigation and determined the robbery involved the purchase of marijuana.
Police executed a search warrant of a home on Eaves Mill Road.
The male, initially the victim of the robbery, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute CDS.
As a result of the search warrant, numerous items were located within his home including a firearm, additional marijuana, heroin, pills, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes. He was charged with numerous offenses and lodged at Burlington County Jail in lieu of a $66,000 cash bail set by Lange.
Also charged and awaiting a Family Court hearing was a 16 year-old female from Medford.
The juvenile female, initially the other victim of the robbery, faces possession with intent to distribute CDS, possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic syringes charge.
