Moorestown Township Council will meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the IT Room at Moorestown High School.
The council will present three proclamations and vote on the following items under consent agenda resolutions:
– Awarding a contract for tree removal services to Top Notch Tree Services for $72,600.
– Authorizing an award of lease of township property for the use for wireless telecommunications facilities in portions of the Public Works facility.
– Rejecting all bids in connection with the town hall/library North Church Street Recreation Building renovations project (mechanical, electrical and HVAC).
– Accepting resignation of various committee members effective Dec. 31.
– Resolution authorizing the execution of a settlement agreement in the matter of Moorestown Township v. Aspen Falls, LLC.
