The West Jersey Chamber Music Society presents its annual Christmas concert on Sunday, Dec. 16, at 7:30 p.m. The West Jersey Chamber Chorale and West Jersey Brass will perform “Joyful Sounds — Ancient and Modern,” a Christmas music performance for choir and brass. The program features works by Giovanni Gabrieli, George Frideric Handel, Orlande de Lassus and William Byrde, plus modern works by Cullton, Cherwein and Drake. The evening will include traditional carols for everyone to join in. Performance will be at the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown, located at 101 Bridgeboro Road, right off Chester Avenue in Moorestown.

Founded in 1980 by artistic director Joel Krott, longtime music director at First Presbyterian, the West Jersey Chamber Music Society presents South Jersey’s only professional chamber orchestra and chorus.
