On Sept. 21 the Evesham Police Department, through an ongoing investigation into the sale of narcotics executed a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of Aspin Court, located in the Marlton Village Development.
During the search warrant execution, marijuana, money and paraphernalia utilized in the distribution of narcotics was seized. As officers made entry in to the home the suspect was arrested while attempting to flush evidence in an upstairs bathtub.
The male, age 27, of Marlton, was charged with third degree distribution of marijuana, third degree distribution of marijuana within a school zone, fourth degree resisting arrest, and fourth degree tampering with evidence.
He was lodged in the Burlington County jail in default of $27,500.00 full cash bail.
