The following is on record with the Medford Township Police:
On Sept. 4 at 11:01 a.m., Medford Twp. Police were called to a residence on Heron Court for the report of a burglary. The resident advised that she returned to the residence and discovered that a window in her rear door was smashed and the home was entered. The investigation revealed that an unknown subject used a landscape rock from the property to smash a windowpane in the rear door. When unable to unlock the door, the subject then kicked the door forcing the door open. The residence was equipped with an alarm, which activated upon the door being opened. The subject was able to steal a watch and prescription glasses from the residence before fleeing.
This matter is under investigation by the Medford Township Police Criminal Investigations Bureau.
