Letter to the editor

To the editor:

I just wanted to say thanks for recognizing the animals and putting that story on the front page, a lot of people do not understand animals and the vital role they can play in our lives. That is a very difficult thing to lose your best friend and I know I have; now I am with the county as a volunteer for CART, which is County Animal Rescue Team.

I’m so glad you took a firm stand on the texting bill, which I have been writing about to our senators and governors, I agree and hope this bill passes soon, you should also be allowed as a citizen to report people texting, like a 411.
