Evesham Police Department makes arrest for incident in 2010

The Evesham Police have identified and charged a suspect responsible for committing a commercial burglary and theft in 2010.

During the June 2010 investigation it was determined that the suspect entered the Pearl Law Office, 4001 W. Lincoln Drive during the overnight hours and stole numerous computers. While processing the scene investigators located DNA evidence that was later analyzed at the New Jersey State Police Laboratory.

On May 25, 2012, the Evesham Police Department identified and charged at 30-year-old male suspect from Eastampton, N.J., was charged with 3rd degree burglary and 3rd degree theft. He was served with a $25,000 warrant at state prison where he is currently serving a sentence for sexually assaulting a victim under 13 years old.
