Mt. Laurel Township will be hosting a Memorial Day Tribute on Friday, May 25, at 6 p.m. at Laurel Acres Park, 1045 Church St. In case of inclement weather, the tribute will be held at 100 Mt. Laurel Road.
The ceremony will be an hour-long.
According to a flyer released by the township, “Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the sacrifices and services of the American soldiers and veterans. We will continue to shower them with appreciation, support and prayers, as we have always done. Memorial Day is an opportunity for us to honor the many Americans in the different various branches of the military. We hold a special place in our hearts for these honorees.”
Laurel Acres Park will turn into a sea of red, white and blue.
