Tanner Street has its day in Haddonfield

The Haddonfield Commissioners and Tanner Street business leaders celebrated the “opening” of Tanner Street on Friday, May 4, officially declaring the long construction project as being completed.

For more than a year the street was under construction, as workers completely replaced the aging utilities under the street, repaved the surface, added more parking spaces, and added another crosswalk to the important town arterial.

Mayor Tish Colombi, Commissioner Ed Borden, Commissioner Jeff Kasko, former Commissioner Neal Rochford, Engineer Todd Day, Ed Vernick, and Fred Remington cut the ribbon to officially reopen the street.
