Three arrested and charged in Evesham Township for fraud

On April 5, at 6:10 a.m., The Evesham Police Department responded to the WaWa Store, 27 N. Maple Ave, Marlton, N.J. for a reported fraudulent use of a credit card.

Investigation determined that three males were involved in an organized scheme to utilize fictitious credit cards to launder money through legitimate WaWa prepaid cards.

Responding officers located and arrested three suspects.

A 21-year-old male from Jamaica, N.Y. was arrested and charged with 3rd degree criminal simulation and 4th degree fraudulent use of credit cards. He was committed to the Burlington County jail in default of $5,000 full bail.

A 20-year-old resident also from Jamaica was charged with 3rd degree criminal simulation and 4th degree fraudulent use of credit cards. He was committed to the Burlington County jail in default of $5,000 full bail.

A 21-year-old from of St. Albans, N.Y. was charged with 3rd degree criminal simulation and 4th degree fraudulent use of credit cards. He was committed to the Burlington County jail in default of $10,000 full bail.
