The Bloom Organization, a leading commercial industrial real estate development firm in South Jersey, recognizes local broker with awards for the most deals and greatest square footage leased within Bloom properties in 2011 — a program now in its fourth year. At the informal ceremony held at the firm’s office on Friday, March 16, key Bloom personnel presented Ian Richman of Colliers International with both awards. A previous recipient of Bloom’s award for most deals, Richman is the first broker to receive the dual recognition in the same year.
“The broker community is an important to our success,” says K.C. Isdaner, Chief Operating Officer at The Bloom Organization. “Such recognition is just one way we strive to reinforce these partnerships and foster on-going relationships in a positive way.”
