On Monday, Jan. 30, at 8:42 a.m., the Evesham Fire-Rescue was dispatched to the unit block of Hawk Lane for a reported dwelling fire. Initial reports indicated that an attached deck was on fire. Units arrived in four minutes to find a small fire on the rear deck which they quickly extinguished. There were no injuries at the home or from responders.
Chief 2203 reduced the assignment to one engine to assist the Evesham Fire Marshal with the cause and origin investigation.

The First Evesham Pancake Breakfast will be held on Sunday, Feb. 26 at the Gibson House from 9 to 10 a.m. The event is a joint community event being sponsored by the Marlton Rotary Club, the Evesham Police Department and Evesham Fire-Rescue. Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for children under ten years of age.
