The Evesham Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a hit and run motor vehicle.
At approximately 6:15 p.m. on Jan. 8, the Evesham Police Department responded to Palmetto Avenue south of Carlton Avenue for an injured female in the roadway.
The investigation found that an unknown vehicle struck a 16-year-old female then fled the scene leaving her unconscious in the roadway.
The female was transported to Cooper Hospital via helicopter, the female is currently listed in stable condition.
The Evesham Police is asking anyone who has information about this hit and run crash to contact us as soon as possible.
We are very interested in vehicles that have recent front-end damage.
