The elf on the shelf took some time out of his busy schedule from keeping on eye on all children throughout the world and visited the Moorestown Library earlier this December.
On Saturday, December 10, Moorestown teacher and actor/director Chuck Gill entertained a crowd of children at the Moorestown Library with his dramatic reading of “The Elf on the Shelf.” The event, which was part of the South Jersey Boys Read initiative, was organized by Moorestown students Kyle Thumar, Nikhil Thumar, and Shailen Doshi. After the reading, children enjoyed holiday-themed refreshments and activities. The library is hosting holiday programs for children of all ages throughout the month.
