Mount Laurel Police arrested a 24-year-old man of the first block of Baron Avenue, Marlton, on Sept. 9, for driving while intoxicated. He was stopped on SH 38 at 11:05 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and obstruction and released pending a municipal court hearing.
Mount Laurel Police arrested a 19-year-old woman of the 3900 block of Fenwick Lane on Sept. 10 for possession of marijuana. She was stopped on Danebridge Drive while police were investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area at 12:14 a.m. She was charged with possession of marijuana (under 50 grams), and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was served with criminal complaints and released pending a municipal court hearing.
A resident of the first block of Lavender Lane reported a criminal mischief to a vehicle. The incident occurred between 12:20 p.m. and 12:25 p.m. on Sept. 10 at the shopping center parking lot at 200 Larchmont Blvd. Damage is estimated at $500.
Mount Laurel Police arrested a 35-year-old man of the 1100 block of Holloybourne Street, Hainesport, on Sept. 10, for driving while intoxicated. He was involved in a motor vehicle accident on SH 38 at 6:05 p.m. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS), tampering with evidence, and failure to surrender CDS to law enforcement. He was committed to Burlington County Jail in lieu of $12,500 bail.
A resident of the first block of West Berwin Way reported a burglary and theft to a residence. The incident occurred between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Sept. 10. Entry was gained by forcing a window. Jewelry, valued at approximately $5,000, was taken. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

He provided false information to police investigating a suspicious vehicle in the area. The incident occurred in the area of the 200 block of Larchmont Blvd. He was served with criminal complaints and released pending a municipal court hearing.
Mount Laurel Police arrested a 25-year-old woman of the 300 block of Mercer Avenue, Bellmawr, on Sept. 11 for possession of heroin. She was arrested at 4:59 a.m. at the Rodeway Inn on the 1100 block of SH 73 subsequent to police investigation. She was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and hindering. She was committed to CWRC in lieu of $5,000 bail.

She was involved in a motor vehicle accident on South Lake Drive at 11:49 a.m. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a municipal court hearing.

A resident of the 100 block of Squirrel Tree Lane reported a criminal mischief to a vehicle. The incident occurred between 11:30 p.m. Sept. 10 and 10 a.m. Sept. 11. A vehicle door handle was damaged. Damage is estimated at $100.
A customer of Ross Dress for Less on the 1100 block of Nixon Drive reported a theft. A wallet and its contents, valued at $50, were taken from her purse while she was inside the business. The incident occurred sometime between 11:45 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. Sept. 13. The victim’s credit cards were used at several locations shortly after the theft.
An employee of the Wawa on the 200 block of Larchmont Blvd. reported the theft of a bicycle. The incident occurred on Sept. 13, between 4 p.m. and 8:05 p.m. The bicycle is valued at $179.
