The Burlington County Clerk has married more than 120 couples so far this year. In June, Burlington County Clerk Timothy Tyler married Colleen Stapleton and Nicholas Nelson, making their marriage the 100th ceremony performed this year at the office.
“One of the benefits of being the county clerk is having the opportunity to officiate the unions of wonderful couples and wittiness their joy as they start their new lives together,” Tyler said.
Tyler has performed more than 412 weddings and civil unions since his election in 2009.
The Burlington County Clerk’s Office performs marriage and civil union ceremonies during the week by appointment only. Please contact Megan Salvaggio at 609–265–5122 for availability. Traditionally, the county clerk performs Halloween, Holiday and Valentine Day weddings at special venues. Information about special holiday weddings will be released before each scheduled holiday.
