Zumba your butt off

Join professional instructor Martini as she leads these fun and exciting Zumba classes for adults. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers or secure footwear to class and remember to bring water and a towel. Registration required according to library representatives.

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class.
