On Tuesday, June 21, I. Dominic Simeone, Esquire and Kenneth E. Raynor, Esquire, partners of the law firm Simeone & Raynor, LLCĀ , located in Cherry Hill, presented a seminar to NAIFA, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
The seminar took place at the Harbor Pines Golf Club, in Egg Harbor Township and was attended by financial planners and insurance professionals. Simeone and Raynor spoke on the topics of Wills, Trusts, Probate and Taxation.
Simeone is a veteran practitioner in the area of wills, trusts, and estates and has been a Court Appointed Administrator in several probate matters. He graduated from Rutgers University, Camden, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law, Dayton,Ā Ohio.
He is currently licensed to practice in the State and Supreme Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a member of its Real Estate, Probate and Trust section, and its Common Ownership Interests Committee, the Camden County Bar Association and its Probate and Real Estate section, as well as a member of the Trial Lawyers of America and the Community Associations Institute. Simeone resides with his family in Haddon Township.
Raynor has been practicing for over fourteen years in the South Jersey area and has extensive experience in estate litigation, planning and administration. He has a masterās in law, commonly known an LL.M in Tax from Temple Law School. While attending his masterās program, Raynor focused on estate and corporate tax issues. He received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University where he also received bachelorsā degrees in English and Accounting. He is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court and both the federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is an active member of the Burlington County and State Bar Associations. Raynor resides in Marlton, NewĀ Jersey.
