No Mayor Michael Mignogna didn’t find a time machine and travel back to the roaring 20s, he just took a trip to the Kresson View Nursing Home in Voorhees Township for National Nursing Home Week.
He presented a commendation to to Sharon Tobins of Kresson View Nursing Home Tuesday afternoon for the services the nursing home offers Voorhees Township. He made the presentation at Kresson View Nursing Home.
The staff and residents at the nursing home enjoyed a “Roaring Twenties” theme at the celebration.
The nursing home week spotlights nursing home residents and staff and encourages all to celebrate those that make a positive difference in their lives every day, according to representatives. The week also provides an opportunity to honor all those who contribute to our nation’s nursing homes — residents, family members, employees and volunteers.
