Evesham Township Mayor Randy Brown was pleased to announced earlier in the week that Dad’s Deli and Catering was selected by the township for its May business of the month award.
Brown and Deputy Mayor Joe Howarth awarded Doug and Debbie, owners of the deli, with a proclamation at the May 3 council meeting.
Aside from having one of the best egg and sausage roll sandwiches, Brown said that the deli is a community fixture that invests time, money, and its efforts into supporting local charities and events.
Plus, they know exactly what Brown will order whenever he goes there in the morning.
“Whenever I got to Dad’s Deli, I’m always asked by Doug about how the deli can help the township,” Brown said.
