While many local teens spent their spring break enjoying some much needed time off from the classroom, a few Moorestown students chose to use their time off to help those in a time of need.
Matthew, Austin, Caroline and Ryan Mabrey recently spent time with their father, Tom, in North Carolina during their spring break.
Tornadoes had swept through the area and severely damaged homes and businesses leaving many without homes, power and food.
These Moorestown Schools students decided to spend some of their valuable vacation time volunteering to assist tornado victims by working with the Salvation Army on their mobile kitchen unit. The children served meals to victims of the wide spread damage.
