Police report

The following items were taken from reports on file with the Cherry Hill Police Department:

On Monday, Feb. 28 at 11:51 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of Covered Bridge Road for a reported robbery. It was determined that at approximately 11:30 p.m. two suspects entered the residence by way of forcing lower level window. The actors requested the valuables and were given same. The owner of the dwelling also owns a jewelry store, which was recently robbed and these actors are believed to be the same individuals responsible for the incident at the jewelry store. Description of suspects

Black male, 6’ tall, heavy build 250 lbs, large beard, wearing a ski type mask, black gloves, Timberland boots, blue in color hooded sweatshirt.

Asian or Hispanic male, Hispanic accent, approximately 5’7”, slim build, wearing ski type mask, ripped blue jeans, dark jacket, black gloves.

On March 8, at 9:52 p.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations. During the course of the stop it was determined that a passenger was in possession of narcotics. The passenger was charged accordingly with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Hypodermic Needles, and a found to have a local warrant.

On March 8 at 9:49 p.m. police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver was in possession of marijuana and a gravity knife. Driver was charged accordingly with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Prohibited Weapon.

On March 8 at 3:45 p.m. police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations. During the course of the stop it was determined that the Pennsylvania temporary tag that was affixed was fraudulent. Investigation led to the discovery of two other fraudulent temporary tags. The reported owner of the vehicle was charged accordingly with Displaying False Documents, Counterfeit Documents for Sale, and Possession of False Personal Documents.

On March 7 at 8:07 p.m. police located a suspicious person on the lot of 2389 Rt. 70. The individual gave police a fictitious name and was found to be in possession of narcotics and charged accordingly with Possession of Heroin and Hindering Apprehension.

On March 7 police responded to the 300 block of Massachusetts Avenue, for the report of a burglary. The incident took place between 2 and 8:30 p.m. on this date. the suspect gained entry via forced rear door. Various items reported missing, incident under investigation by Cherry Hill Investigative Unit.

On March 7 police responded to the 100 block of Carolina Avenue for the report of a burglary. The incident took place between March 2 and March 7 at 6:14 p.m. Actor gained entry via unlocked door and stole video games. This incident is under investigation by Cherry Hill Investigative Unit.

On March 7 police responded to the 300 block of Brookline Avenue for the report of a burglary. The incident occurred between 9:50 and 10:25 a.m. Resident went out for a short period of time and when they returned noticed pry marks by the front door lock. Entry was not made into the residence, incident under investigation by Cherry Hill Investigative Unit.

On March 5 at 4:05 p.m. police conducted a motor vehicle stop for a suspended registration. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver was in possession of narcotics and he was charged accordingly with Possession of Heroin.

On March 5 at 5:10 a.m. police conducted a motor vehicle stop for suspicious activity on Chapel Ave. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver attempted to obtain a prescription from the CVS (Chapel and Kings Highway) with a forged document. Actor was charged accordingly with Forgery.

On March 4 at 4:36 p.m. police located a suspicious vehicle on a parking lot on Rt. 38.

Investigation revealed the driver to be in possession of narcotics and was charged accordingly with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Hypodermic Needles, and Possession with Intent to Distribute.
