Eastern’s debate team recently amassed the best season record in team history at 15–1.
Eastern debate dismantled a talented Bordentown team 5–1 in the SJDL championships at Lenape High School.
Both affirmative and negative varsity teams performed adeptly in their roles. Eastern took home the overall league best speaker award, being chosen top performer out of a field of 54 competitors.
This is the debate teams second title in three year.
