Dispatch now in county hands

Effective immediately, all police, fire and EMS dispatch functions will be transferred to the Camden County Dispatch Center. All cell phone calls to 911 and police assistance calls that are made on 428–5400 will be answered by the County Dispatch Center.

The County Dispatch Center will be responsible for sending police, fire, and EMS services to persons who call and request assistance.

Headquarters Business Hours (Subject to Change)

During regular business hours residents and persons seeking assistance from the Records Bureau or the Police Administration can call 627–5858. Please follow the auto attendants directions for a direct line to the person you wish to speak with.

Business hours for headquarters will be between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. On weekends headquarters will be open between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

If you need assistance and you arrive at police headquarters and no one is present, please use the emergency phone that is near the main entrance. Open the phone case, pick up the phone and dial 6306 to speak with the County Dispatch Center. The County Dispatcher will send a police officer to your location.
