The following items were taken from reports on file with the Cherry Hill Police Department:
On Jan. 9, at 1:04 a.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle that was reported stolen in Georgia. The occupants of the vehicle were arrested and charged accordingly with Receiving Stolen Property.
On Jan. 7, at 6:29 p.m., police responded to a report of a burglary in progress on the 200 Block of Chelten Parkway (Kingston). The resident arrived home and entered the dwelling. Once inside he observed a male walking down the steps from the second floor holding a jewelry box. The male fled through an unlocked rear sliding door. Entry was made via the same door. The incident is under investigation by Cherry Hill Police Investigative Unit.
On Jan. 5, at 5:27 p.m., police responded to Target, 2137 Rt. 38, for the report of a theft. The actor, an employee, had taken money from a cash register. On location police also located narcotics in her clothing. Actor was charged accordingly with Theft of Property and Possession of Marijuana under 50.
On Dec. 6, 2010 at 10:45 p.m., police received and investigated a report of a motor vehicle theft that occurred on the 800 Block of Evesham Road. Investigation from the Cherry Hill Police Investigative Unit led to charges filed against the an individual on Jan. 4, for Theft of Movable Property.
On Jan. 3, at 9 p.m., police responded to Nordstroms, 2000 Rt. 38, for the report of a shoplifter in custody. The actor selected several items totaling over $2,100 and attempted to leave store without payment. Actor was charged accordingly with Shoplifting.
On Jan. 3, at 8:45 p.m., police responded to Gymboree, 2000 Rt. 38, for the report of a shoplifter in custody. The actor selected several items totaling over $500 and attempted to leave store without payment. Actor was charged accordingly with Shoplifting.
