With the arrest of a 38-year-old Mt. Laurel resident on Dec. 7 by the U.S. Marshals, the Cherry Hill Police Department has successfully concluded its Best Buy burglary investigation.
Both the 24-year-old and a 31-year-old Camden resident were arrested in the City of Camden by the U.S. Marshals. The third suspect, a 24-year-old Westville resident, was arrested by the Cherry Hill Police during the early morning hours of Dec. 5 in Evesham Township.
The charges are as follows:
The Westville female was charged with burglary, theft, criminal mischief, eluding, aggravated assault on police and receiving stolen property. She was remanded to the Camden County Jail in lieu of $60,000 full cash bail.
The Mount Laurel male was charged with burglary, three counts of theft, criminal mischief, two counts of eluding, aggravated assault on police, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument capable of receiving police transmissions during commission of a crime, and transmitting over a secure emergency radio channel without a license. He was remanded to the Camden County Jail being held on “no bail” status.
The Camden male was charged with burglary, theft, criminal mischief, and eluding by flight. He was remanded to the Camden County Jail in lieu of $50,000 full cash bail.
Participating law enforcement agencies were the Cherry Hill Police Department, Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, U. S. Marshals, Camden Police Department and Gibbstown Police Department.
