The Moorestown Visiting Nurses & Hospice Wine Tasting Benefit will be held on Saturday, June 5, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at 300 Harper Drive, Moorestown.
The Wine Tasting Benefit is presented by the Wine Cellar of Cinnaminson, and nearly 200 different bottles will be offered. Wine experts will be on hand to answer questions, a variety of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres will be served, and a silent auction will feature many one-of-a-kind items.
This year, catering will be provided by Due Amici of Cinnaminson, and several local restaurants will offer food samplings, each pairing their house specialty with an appropriate wine. Participating restaurants include Marcello’s Ristorante of Mount Laurel, Michal Anthony’s Catering of Somerdale, and Bogey’s Club & Café of Sewell.
The evening offers the opportunity to meet and greet wine enthusiasts and other VIP’s from throughout the area.
Proceeds from The Moorestown Visiting Nurses & Hospice Wine Tasting benefit patients and their families in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties. Proceeds also help support The Hospice of Moorestown VNA’s Camp Firefly, a free overnight camp for children who are grieving following the death of a parent, sibling, or other special person.
Tickets are $50 if purchased in advance, or $60 at the door. For more information or to purchase tickets for the Wine Tasting Benefit, please contact Moorestown Visiting Nurses & Hospice at 552–1300, x-2111, or at [email protected]. Tickets may also be purchased online at www.moorestownvna.org.
