Fertility awareness with Natural Family Planning is a gathering, recording and interpreting of facts about what is happening during a woman’s fertility cycle. By recognizing these signs, the properly informed couple can plan, delay, or avoid a pregnancy accordingly with no unhealthy side effects. It’s also a “green” way of planning your family.
Natural Family Planning courses are a series of three classes spaced about one month apart.
The course fee of $135 includes all of the materials and a year’s subscription to Family Foundations magazine. Financial aid may be available.
The next Natural Family Planning course begins Thursday, March 18, from 7 to 9:30 p.m., at the Barry Brown Health Education Center, 103 Carnie Blvd.
Registration online at www.ccli.org, click Register for Class.
Registration deadline is March 10.
