Cherry Hill law firm Earp Cohn P.C., announced that its two founding partners, Thomas L. Earp and Richard C. Cohn, both residents of Haddonfield, were selected as 2009 “New Jersey Super Lawyers” by Law & Politics and the publishers of New Jersey Monthly magazine. Law & Politics performs the polling, research and selection of Super Lawyers in a process designed to identify New Jersey lawyers within 60 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Each year, only 5 percent of the lawyers in New Jersey are named “Super Lawyers.”
Earp has been representing individuals and businesses in corporate law, estate administration and estate planning for more than 30 years. He has helped clients with corporate law issues ranging from the formation of new businesses, sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, disputes and other issues.
Cohn has been practicing real estate law since graduating from American University’s Washington College of Law in 1983. Rich is experienced in virtually all areas of real estate law, including complex commercial transactions, mortgage financing, environmental aspects of real estate transactions, land use and development, redevelopment projects and municipal tax appeals.
