Simon Brewster is TheSunPapers' resident backpacker and storyteller, always one step ahead (or behind) on his next big adventure. Known for sending in stories from borrowed Wi-Fi in cafés or remote beach huts, Simon has a habit of vanishing to far-flung places—once sending an entire piece from a tent in the Andes, and another from a mountain village without explaining how he got there. He’s been lost on foreign buses, hosted by strangers, and once mistook a jungle trek for a “light hike.” Wherever he lands, Simon finds a story worth telling.
