Christ The King Regional School’s CKRS Choir is competing with nine other local music groups to win a cash prize from 101.1 More FM Philadelphia of more than $5,000 in its Christmas Choir Competition. The winning group’s song will also be featured in 101.1 More FM thoughout the holiday season and have the opportunity to perform live in stage with The Philly POPS.
The CKRS Choir’s song, “Little Drummer Boy/Peace on Earth”, played on 101.1 More FM on Monday.
Competing schools include Achievement Charter Elementary School, Tabernacle Elementary School, Eleanor Rush Intermediate School, Tamanend Elementary School, Samual S. Yellin School, Saint Anastasia, Clearview Regional Middle School and H.B. Hackett Elementary School.
