New year, new goals: Mullica Hill community sets New Year’s resolutions
Celebrations will commence as the clock strikes midnight on Jan. 1, when the world enters a new year, new beginnings and often a fresh start. As the holidays come to an end, many will toast to change with hopes of self-improvement in their personal lives, jobs or families. Many residents of Harrison Township are looking ahead to make 2018 a year of service, education and community through the annual tradition of New Year’s resolutions.
Mullica Hill family offers $5,000 reward for lost dog
Kabuki the Akita dog has been missing since Dec. 17. He is black and white in color with a black face and white curly tail. Kabuki weighs approximately 130-pounds and is considered a gentle giant. Owner Michelle Gray said the dog chased a deer at the intersection of Clems Run Road and Harrisonville Road. Gray said he was possibly sighted near Commissioner’s Pike, and also at Routes 538 and 45.

The new year will be a year of visual progress in Harrison Township, with many development projects expected to break ground or accelerate in construction in 2018. Plans for the Inspira Medical Center, Rowan West Campus, Liquor Store, Naples and more are expected to make significant progress in the new year.
