The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department:
On Feb 27, an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on Lenola Road and had the driver pull into a parking lot for safety precautions. When officer was returning to his vehicle suspect accelerated and drove away. A special complaint was issued to a 24-year-old of Maple Shade for obstruction.
On Feb. 28, a 30-year-old female of Wenonah was arrested and charged with shoplifting for concealing clothing and jewelry in a shopping bag belonging to Sears Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. Value of the theft was $58.37. She was released on a summons.
On March 1, a 52-year-old male of Moorestown was arrested and charged with criminal mischief due to a domestic dispute. He caused damage in excess of $500 inside the residence. He posted 10 percent of $500 bail and was released.
On March 1, two unlocked vehicles parked in a driveway on Nicholson Drive were entered sometime overnight and taken was a purse containing $400 in cash and assorted cards from one vehicle and medication was taken from glove compartment of the other vehicle.
On March 2, a victim was shopping at Kmart and an unknown actor stole her wallet from her pocketbook. The wallet was a Michael Kors valued at $175 containing $60 in cash and assorted cards.
On March 3, a suspect concealed three women’s dress shirts in her handbag at Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. The value of the clothing was $294. Arrested and charged with shoplifting was a 59-year-old individual of Philadelphia. The individual was released on a summons.
On March 6, a motor vehicle crash on Westfield Road and Sheffield Drive resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old white male of Moorestown. The juvenile was issued summons for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. He was released to his father.
On March 7, a subject was passed out in a vehicle in the middle of the road on South Lenola Road. Arrested for driving while intoxicated and refusal to take the Breathalyzer test was a 22-year-old male of Philadelphia, Pa. He was also charged with numerous motor vehicle violations.
On March 7, a 21-year-old male of Maple Shade was arrested and charged with possession of CDS (LSD) and possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe, scale and grinder). A 23-year-old male of Maple Shade was arrested and charged with possession of CDS (Marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe and grinder). Both subjects were released on a summons.
On March 9, an occupied vehicle was parked on Haines Drive in the park after hours, which resulted in the arrest of a 20-year-old female of Maple Shade. She was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of paraphernalia being a pipe and a grinder. She was released on a summons.
On March 11, arrested and charged with shoplifting from Marshalls & Home Goods was a 48-year-old of Browns Mills. He selected various items and placed them in a shopping cart then continued to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. Total value of the theft was $1,332.06. He was released on a summons.
