Joining generations

Participants enjoyed opportunities to collaborate, connect and have fun

Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living in Moorestown recently hosted an intergenerational summer experience designed to bring together seniors and students in grades five through 12 for three days of activities. Participants had the opportunity to engage in shared hobbies such as arts and crafts, music, games and puzzles. They came together for meals and storytelling and participated in interactive educational sessions on topics like technology and science. Dance sessions and gentle exercises encouraged physical activity and social interaction.
