Burlington County announces start of resurfacing work in Mount Laurel and Lumberton

Work is scheduled to start this week on repaving Elbo Lane in Mount Laurel and Lumberton.

Pavement milling and overlay work will begin today, Aug. 21, on a 6.7-mile section of Elbo Lane, also known as County Route 612, from Route 607 (Church Street) in Mount Laurel to Route 636 (Fostertown Road) in Lumberton. The work is expected to take between six to eight weeks to complete.

Traffic will be maintained through the work area, but motorist using the road will likely experience delays and are advised to seek an alternative route.
