Mantua voters will go to the polls on Tuesday June 4 to decide who will get the chance to run for two seats on the Mantua Township Committee during the primary election.
Polling locations will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voters will choose between two candidates. The winners of the primaries will go on to face each other in the general election on Tuesday Nov. 5.
Representing the Democratic party is incumbent candidate and current mayor, Robert Zimmerman. He is seeking to renew his position on the committee along with fellow democrat and aspiring committeeman Jason Snyder.
Meanwhile, two candidates on the Republican side are seeking positions on the committee: Courtney Bracken and Kristin Goschler.
On the Gloucester County side of things, two county commissioners’ seats are up for grabs, with two incumbent Republicans seeking reelection: Christopher Konawel and Nicholas DeSilvio.
Democrats Tom Bianco and Don Heverly are seeking positions as Gloucester County Commissioners.
