Members of the Markeim Arts Center ages 16 and up can submit their artwork to be featured in the multi-media, juried exhibition titled “Imagination Inspiration” that will run from Friday, June 9 to Monday, August 28. The entry fee is $10 for one piece of artwork submitted. $25 non-refundable fee for three pieces of artwork submitted. Not all art submitted will be hung. A cash prize of $125 will be awarded to one selected winner and the winner will be announced during the opening reception, on Friday, June 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This year, Rosie Hymerling (Markeim Board Member and Avid Art Collector) and Jake Foster, M.F.A. (Teacher at Stockton University and Manager of the Stedman Gallery at Rutgers University – Camden) will select the winner at the reception. The deadline to submit is Wednesday, June 7.
