The following items were taken from reports on file with the Haddonfield Police Department:
A Haddon Avenue pharmacy employee reported to police on March 18 at 11:52 a.m. that a male in his twenties left the store with a basket full of stolen merchandise.
He left the store from the rear exit and jumped into a two-door Nissan which was waiting outside for him.
The employee said he stole three boxes of Pepcid, two boxes of Zantac, and two boxes Excedrin for a total of $110.
A Hopkins Avenue resident reported to police on March 17 at 10:21 p.m. that sometime between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. someone stole two leather minivan seats and a Thule bike rack.
She reported that these items were in the side yard of her home.
They were valued at a total of $400.
A motor vehicle stop on Kings Highway East on March 17 at 11:52 p.m. resulted in a 57-year-old female from Cherry Hill being charged with a DWI, reckless driving, speeding, and not wearing a seatbelt.
An officer stopped the woman on Kings Highway East and she failed a sobriety test.
She was transported to police headquarters, processed, and is pending a court date on March 22.
A Haddonfield Memorial High School student reported to police at 5:44 p.m. on March 17 that his iPhone was stolen earlier in the day.
The student said he left it in his backpack in the B gym at the high school while he was at soccer practice. It was valued at $320.
A Kings Highway East business owner reported to police on March 16 at 6:10 p.m. that two females had come into her store and stole nine credit cards from her purse.
The business owner said one of the women distracted her, asking her questions about different pieces of merchandise throughout the store.
Her purse was wide open in plain sight in the store.
When she went to Acme later on in the day she found that nine credit cards were stolen, she contacted her bank, and she was informed that charges had been made to all of them.
She contacted her credit card companies and canceled the cards.
A Kings Highway East pharmacy manager reported to police on March 14 at 3:58 p.m. that she had followed a suspect who left the store with two boxes of Crest White Strips without paying.
Officers found a suspect several blocks away who fit the description.
They found the strips thrown on the ground near the suspect. They transported him back to the pharmacy where he was positively identified by the manager.
He was transported to the police department and was asked why he stole the specific items. He told an officer he stole the merchandise because it was the most expensive thing he could find and he was planning to sell them to an unidentified merchant in Camden.
The suspect was charged with shoplifting.
