Thanks for the new gym, Haddonfield Rotary

Fellowship House in Camden now has a new gym floor and a beautiful “Butterfly Park,” with help from the Rotary Club of Haddonfield. Located on South Broadway in South Camden, Fellowship House provides a wide range of children’s programs, addiction programs, and food and clothing ministries.

“Butterfly Park” resulted from an initial gift from the Rotary Club of Haddonfield with numerous donors; trees from the New Jersey Tree Foundation, and equipment installation donated by Greenlane Contractors.

Rotary International is a worldwide non-profit service organization. Since 1992, the Rotary Club of Haddonfield has worked closely with Fellowship House, an urban ministry that provides a safe and supportive environment for youth.

In the below “Gym” photograph, Camden residents Raphael Bennett (left) and Jasmine Melendez flank Dr. Charles Sayre, Haddonfield Rotarian and Board Chair at Fellowship House. The new gym floor shown in the photograph was donated by Tennant Company through Rotarian Nick Nicolay.

Shown on the play structure are (from left) Jah’quze Brooks, Dayshawn Harris and Jah’quan Brooks, all of Camden.
