Nine Haddonfield residents threw their hats into the ring last week for the remaining time on one seat in the Haddonfield Board of Education.
The candidates will vie for BOE Member Marsha Marshall’s vacant seat, as she left the board last month due to “personal” reasons, according to Superintendent Richard Perry.
The candidates are: Jerry Jellig, Jeffrey Groon, Jeff DeCristofaro, Maureen Eyles, Lois DeAntonio, Andrew Berlin, James McCormick, Donyale Reavis, and David Adams.
District Business Manager W. Andrew Hall said the BOE will begin to interview the nine candidates in early September and will make their selection later on in the month.
