The following items are on file with the Haddonfield Police Department:
• A female suspect was shoplifting in the Acme on Nov. 11. She was placing items in her black bag, an Acme employee reported, and when she was confronted she left the store.
She tried to get into a car but it sped away without her. She was chased into the center of town where she was lost. Patrols could not locate the suspect.
• A Bellevue resident reported to police on Nov. 15 at 9:05 p.m. that he heard a loud noise outside of his home. When he went outside he saw that his copper downspout was hanging at a strange angle and an unknown vehicle was driving away from his house.
Half of his downspout was stolen, the victim reported.
• A resident reported to police on Nov. 17 at 9:31 a.m. that her son’s unlocked bike was stolen from the Middle School sometime between Nov. 15 and Nov. 16. The bike was a boy’s Invader BMX, 20-inch, and dark grey.
There was no serial number available. The bike was valued at $150.
