The following items can be found on file with the Haddonfield Police Department:
• A Merion Avenue resident reported to police on March 7 at 1:33 p.m. that his mailbox had been stolen from out in front of his house. The officer taking the call said that the mailbox had actually been found by an officer on March 2 and he said the victim could come down to the police station and recover his item.
• A Marne Avenue resident reported to police on March 4 at 9:30 a.m. that an unknown person threw white latex paint on her driveway. This was the second time an incident like this had occurred in three months, she said.
She was able to clean it off her driveway with a garden hose.
• A Kings Highway East business owner reported to police on March 3 at 10:53 a.m. that an unknown suspect stole a model train and a model train accessory.
• An officer stopped a Cherry Hill male driver on Kings Highway East on March 2 at 11:37 p.m. for a motor vehicle violation. The driver was found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol and arrested and charged with a DWI.
The suspect was transported and processed at the police station. He was released pending a court appearance to his sister.
• A Hawthorne Avenue resident reported to police on Feb. 28 at 10:39 p.m. that an unknown male suspect was rummaging through the car in her driveway. When officers arrived on the scene the car door was open, but nothing appeared to be missing from the car.
The car was unlocked at the time of the incident.
