These are the ingredients needed to win the “Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America” competition on the Travel Channel.
Cecelia and Tom Nicolosi have lived in Haddonfield for 17 years. Their restaurant, Tommy Dinics Roast Pork, is centrally located in Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia.
The finale, which aired on Aug. 15, gave their restaurant top honors.
“They just chose the one that they liked the best,” said Tom.
While the competition was “a bit” stressful, the restaurateurs have seen an uptick in business since the episode aired, he said.
