Car bursts into flames earlier today in Haddonfield

Haddon Fire Co. №1 responded to a call for a van on fire at the corner of Euclid and Linden Avenue on Thursday, June 21. Fire fighters responded to the scene and doused the van to contain the flames spitting from the vehicle. At the time of the incident, Fire Chief Joe Riggs said it was unknown how the car blaze started, but it wasn’t an uncommon incident.

Black smoke could be seen rising into the air from Kings Highway around 11 a.m. as the car was on fire.

The fire company arrived at the scene in minutes after the incident was reported.
